21/11/2008 : D'abord présenté au GDC 2007 comme un jeu pour le PlayStation Network, LittleBigPlanet s'est fait désirer pendant des mois, au cours desquels il est passé du statut de petit jeu en téléchargement à celui de jeu complet qui constitue aujourd'hui un des titres forts de cette fin d'année sur PS3. 21/11/2008 : Resistance sur PlayStation 3 avait accompagné la console à son lancement aux côtés de MotorStorm, une autre licence exclusive de Sony. Ce FPS était sympathique, mais n'allait guère plus loin que ça. Insomniac a tout de même récidivé et a pris en compte les nombreuses remarques faites sur le premier afin de créer un FPS digne de ce nom sur PS3. Prévu le 20 novembre et présenté ce week-end dernier au NEXT 08, le jeu dépasse-t-il enfin le stade de "petit" FPS sympathique ? Voici un début de réponse.

21/11/2008 : Mirror's Edge est l'un des jeux les plus attendus de cette fin d'année. Ce véritable OVNI débarquant des studios de DICE a suscité l'engouement de tous les joueurs grâce à un premier trailer dévoilé en Mai dernier lors du Gamer's Day de Sony. On avait tous cru à une cinématique jusqu'à ce que DICE confirme que cette vidéo était bien du gameplay... Au fil du temps, le jeu passa au silence radio pendant quelques mois jusqu'à l'E3 et une vidéo de gameplay nous montrant divers environnements qui se révélèrent éblouissants de beauté...

21/11/2008 : Shaun White Snowboarding is one of the lamest games we've played. What could've been a thrilling ride down the slope is instead a tedious collect a thon. The platform segments are dull, as you maneuver through ski areas seeking out coins and other "hot spots". The actual snowboarding is lifeless, with a bland control scheme and minimal access to the coolest moves. 21/11/2008 : Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe isn't just an effective mash-up of two popular franchises, it's a huge improvement on a tired fighting engine. The addition of Free Fall Combat (where you pummel someone as you fall towards the next platform) and Close Combat (where the camera zooms in as you pound someone) are terrific, as are the building-smashing Test Your Might segments. The ability to jump into races without having to drive to specific locations is nice, allowing you to step on the gas without hesitation. There are 18 levels available, along with over-the-top police chases (they get real aggressive) and online racing events.
